Airtel not reversed my lapu balance

I am a retailer of telecom i have recharged mobile of rs-500 but this amount is not correct. correct amount is 444 i have submit the request of wrong recharge but air-tel not reversed my account balance this is frod of air-tel for the retailers i have solution my request.
