In a promotional call on 04/june Airtel asked me to activate the caller tune with various songs... I opted my desired
one (MANGAL BHAWAN FROM GEET GATA CHAL MOVIE). Instead of the selected song as it was in male playback singer's voice
they (Airtel) activated female playback singer.
I complained the customer care but they kept on saying me in a very rude way that the song is in male voice, wherein i
constantly kept on checking and i was right that the song was in female voice (what i had not purchased)
I again called the customer care today i.e. 05/06 and talked to the senior authority Ms. Sunita Kumari. After
listening to me she was confessing that "we thought that you have been delivered the right product as it is showing in my
database"... anyhow she reactivated the male voice but again it was not the same and was sung by some tom dick & harry.
since then i.e after the reactivation i again tried to call and my call was forwarded to Ms Shruti. The pathetic part with
this senior authory was the she holded my call saying that I am checking the details and after waiting for more than 14
minutes my call got disconnected.
BECAUSE OF THIS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR, RUDE WAY OF TALKING, WRONG DELIVERY OF THE PURCHASED SERVICE (THE
CALLER TUNE) I AM VERY DISGRUNTTLED. ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT LOST A HUGE AMOUNT BUT 10 RUPEES ONLY BUT I LOST MY
PEACE AND MY PRECIOUS TIME.
MY SIMPLE QUSTION IS THAT "HOW CAN ANY PIONEER COMPANY BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE FOR TOWARDS ITS CUSTOMER" and
"HOW CAN THE DATABASE SHOW THE WRONG INFORMATION".
