I am user of airtel mobile phone since last five years, i am facing the problems of followup calls for payments, the customer care of this company is making around fifty to hundred call per day for bills payment which is very harrashing and mental torturing for making payments
users know when and how to pay the bills and if nonpayment of bills they can suspend the the line
what is this formula of mental harrashments which is not permissible by law
every citizen or mobile user must be suffering this problems every body should take penal action on this issue in consumer court of law
