Switching from Old sim to New sim

Dear Sir,

I am with airtel from 2008. Recently, I changed my airtel sim for a new one as my old sim was troubling. But, my new sim is still not activated and my old sim is still working. I tried to contact customer care but the call is not connected and is getting diverted everytime. Why cheating customers like this?? I spent Rs.150 for this. I am writing this as this is my only solution now. Atleast seeing this, please contact me and solve my issue.
