Wrong deduction of credit balance

Sir/Madam,

I had recharged my Airtel mobile number 9612182903 for Rs. 220/- on 13 July. when I check my balance on 16 July my account balance is nil. Afterward I rang to Airtel customer care and submit a compleint. Next day I comfirmed from Airtel customer service centre, but they replied they will informed and resolve the problem shortly. After that I rang many times to the Airtel customer care but my mobile number has been locked by Airtel customer care service centre, and I cant connect to anyone. Even after I again recharged for Rs. 10/- on 18 July but that balance also not credited to my account balance. Hundreds time I rang up to Airtel Customer Care for clrification but I don't connect to them as they already locked my mobile number. In view of the above, you are requested to credit my recharged value at your earliest and resolve my problem. Hopping you positive reponse. Please look after my problem and resolve at your earliest please.
