Respected Sir,

I am Debasish Paul. My Mobile no. is 9804030372. I have bought a SIM Card in favour of Airtel Company before Durga Puja with proper documents. The Airtel number is 9007392458. For two weeks, My SIM card is now totally inactive. At time, I did call phone to Customer Care. But they had avoided the matter. Now, the service of the Airtel company is totally ended. And now, I have Rs.65/- balance still now. So, Therefore, you are requested to kindly return the money in my favour and take necessary step against the company
