Cancellation of connection

Hi,

I have applied for cancellation of my mobile no 9731155992 one week back still the same is not been address and i have seen excess amount been billed. i have not received tellephone bill for the same. i need to recover the excess amount been charged and there are few hidden chages which has not been informed.
