It was a big mistake in removing the local channel service and installing airtel digital in the very first place. The service provided by them is pathetic. The set top box provided by the company is not working properly and i m unable to view any channels since last 6 days. In spite of calling them for around 10 time the company engineer comes after 4 days and that too without the set top box..I have been given a new complaint no. every time i call them. The executive attending the call says its a very small issue. I dont understand when the service providers consider the complaints to be small issues, how the problems will be solved?
