Airtel digital tv no response after realizing payment

This is regarding my new connection. My customer ID: 3010511610

I applied for new connection on Last Friday (june, 15) though net banking card. Transaction ID- 15075834.

Your associate committed me that day we ll definitely

install it on the next day but one week past no call from your side. The

most disappointing is, I called you 8 times, every time somebody picks

and ask for the details of my connection and tells we ll call you back in 1

hour or 45 minutes. No body call me back. Just I think Airtel is fooling

me. I don’t have any time to call you or waste my time and money on that.

This sms i got when i pay online on 15/6, today its 21/06 no response shame on airtel brand!! assured me to serve connection within 48 hrs...
