Hi
i have recharged mu digital TV subscription and its yet to be activated it says 1 hour and its been 2 hrs now, when contacted customer care there is no answer and the line just dead and this always happen during the night times and they send SMS stating that if you type HELP and send they will contact shortly and they have not bothered to even call after 2 days which i dont think is called shortly. If they do not answer the calls at a particular time they need to mention the same or else set up a Voice mail or at least a SMS. the calls that i make to the customer care is charged as well.
