I recieved a call to activate the caller tune, i remembered that i had disconnected the call without any response, but they activated the callertune service on my mobile no 91-9910302094. when i speak to customer care representative he said that we can not refund the deducted amout. why i have to pay for their mistake.its my necessary no. so that i cant close the same but decided to change it as soosn as possible. and the worst service i ever have with airtel prepaid connection.
