It was September beginning when I had taken an Airtel Broadband connection with fixed line. The reason I chose Airtel was because we have Airtel intercom services activated in our apartment complex. I requested Airtel team to get my fixed line number connected to our building's airtel intercom facility. This was about 3 months back. Till date, even after rigorous follows, writing mails, calling up the customer care and raising complaint request for the same, my issue remains unresolved. The complaint request raised 20 days back, which was closed without proper resolution, is 7894488. I have lost all my trust in Airtel now as I think it is a job that can be done in a day. Can anyone from Airtel team clarify.
