I have been charged unwanted packages from Airtel, which i have never subscribed, every now and then airtel charges for some or the other things and deduct the balance from my postpaid account. This practice from airtel is been done from 6 to 8 months, we cannot keep an account of single paisa what we recharge. it is their responsibility to safe guard our money.
I need airtel to please look in to this matter at an earliest. If not then there is a service called as mobile portability, which needs to be acting for lot of airtel customers
