I wanted to disconnect my internet connection and retain only the voice line.
After a series of SMS and calls from the customer care division I am infomed that the internet connection will be stopped after 10 days but during that time i cant make any outgoing calls from the landline as well!!!
The reason given is that - it is our internal process
What process?
This is pure harrassment
Airtel doesnot want to retain customers - that is the process
