Debiting prepaid account

This is a complaint about Airtel debiting prepaid phone number 9971780177. Although I have not made any request to them, they have deducted Rs.30 from my account towards Hello Tunes. I received another message immediately after a few seconds from them informing me that another Rs.15 had been deducted for the same service (Hello Tunes). I had not asked for this, and this has been activated without my consent. I would request that immediate action is taken with Airtel to have these amounts credited back to my prepaid balance. Also please ask Airtel to ensure that such action is stopped PERMANENTLY.
