Sir/Madam,
Please refer to my complaints dated 30/01 followed by five reminders dated 04/01, 02/02, 9/02, 14/02, 16/03 and 02/04. addressed to 121 and Nodal Officer but it is highly regretted that no positive action has been initiated except getting false promises / acknowledgements. This problem of internet connectivity has been persisting since Nov and you have been calling simply to acknowledge the complaints but you have failed to provide the assured contractual services and resultantly caused a substantial mental agony and harassment to me and my family during this period. I have been paying your bills regularly but if such negative attitude of Airtel shall continue, I have to hold payment of your future bills besides filing a suit under Consumer Protection Act 1986 in the concerned consumer court for deficient services, fraud, violation of contract, cheating, harassment and of course for mental torture and also for refund of internet service charges since Dec.
