ABUSIVE SERVICE MESSAGE AND FEE DEDUCTION

HI AIRTEL, I RECEIVED abusive service message called BIKINI BABES.

When i tried deleting the message 99 Rs of my balance has been deducted.

MY NUMBER is 9663947907. I tried customer service several times but they say their systems are down and they cant help.

CAN You please look into it urgently.
