Cancellation Request Id 8166928

Against my Cancellation Request Id 8166928, I received a call from one of the individual from 91 44 43403250 who named himself Sathish, Annanagar. He ended the conversation saying that Airtel person will come to my place to collect the phone instrument and Modem for the broad band though I have paid for both from my packet. I verified this with my agent Mr. Vinod and tried to contact 91 44 43403250. But nobody is answering the call.

Is the number 91 44 43403250 is virtual used for only outgoing??? or how to contact that Sathish from Annanagar.
