Hi,
Airtel has made my life hell. My connections went down around 3 days ago and inspite of numerous calls to their customer care, they have neither fixed my problems nor do they have any clear answer as to when they might be able to solve the problem.
Customer support says they are flagging this complain of v high priority and marking a copy to their managers but nothing still happens. They gave me time slots couple of times yesterday and I stayed at home leaving all other important work aside but noone visited me or even had courtesy to even call me.
Thjis unprofessional behaviour is totally unacceptable and i will have no other option but to cancel the service if it doesnt get fixed asap.
