Unacceptable behavior by the lineman

There have been some disturbance in my landline (08041229839). In the last 2 weeks I had placed 4 complaints on this but unfortunately no action had been taken and the complaints were being closed without any action. When I escalated the issue, a lineman named Dasarath turned up at my residence yesterday at 8PM and plainly told me that I can go ahead and raise as many complaints as I want and he will keep on closing it without any action. I called his supervisor and complained about Mr. Dasarath's behavior. The following day (20Nov11 - around 6.30PM) Mr. Dasarath had came down to my apartment, had told the security personnel that he has come to rectify a telephone issue in a different flat and had disconnected both my Airtel and BSNL connections. This is totally unacceptable behavior and should not be encouraged.
