Broadband not working since installation

I have taken a new Airtel Landline with Broadband service. My Airtel number is 0120-4125802. After lot of struggle airtel has installed phone 3 weeks back, however since then my Broadband is not working. First their service engineer Mr. Rajesh came and he said the existing modem will not work with Airtel connection so I bought a new Airtel modem. Even after that it was not working, then he said they have to replace the modem and gave a new modem after 2-3 days. Now with the new modem I am not able to connect to the Internet. Another service engineer Rahul came and there was one supervisor Mr. Deepak. I have raised complaints with Call Center (Complaint #: 4524482), everyday I find that they have closed the complaint without resolving the issue and I have to re-open it everytime. I have even escalated to the Nodal officer of NCR-Delhi (Gurmeet) with no reply. This is absolutely crazy with zero customer care from India's number 1 operator. Request if anyone can help me on getting this resolved.
