Dear Sir,
I have an Airtel connection for last almost two years - this month they have blocked all the Toll Free numbers for residential clients. This is said to be done for some security reason. The only security reason I can think of financial security of Airtel - they are forcing me to dial a international number which results in huge revenues for them.
I have decided to pull the plug on Airtel - but I write in for other who may be facing similar issues with Airtel
