Airtel Landline
Payment issue

Hi

Have made a payment for my landline 01244043534 bill via transaction of Rs. 550.00 at Bharti Airtel on December 08 via AUTH # T61795. Same is not reflecting in their sytems, have tried calling/ complaining on the website several times 28633264 is the complaint number which shows closed on their website without no one bothering to call me! Have paid the same bill 2 times over.

Not only this i have been charged late payment fee of rs 75.

Need reversal of both
