Airtel land line
Harassment over disconnection of Landline

Dear Sirs,

I have given request for cancellation of my Airtel land line (044) 45552083 on 9th Mar '10, Ref No. 405077 (spoke to Mr. Karthick).

I had called again on the following days & re-iterated for the cancellattion,

11th Mar '10 - interaction ID : 125947395

15th Mar '10 - interaction ID : 126478519

19th Mar '10 - interaction ID : 127056390 (spoke to Ms. Priyadarshini)

26th Mar '10 - interaction ID : 30889364 (spoke to Ms. Beaulah)

Every time I called the customer care, they told me that cancellation process is going on & do it immediately. But till now they have not taken any action. I also made it clear that, if somebody makes calls in my phone line, I am not liable for it.

I hope some good human being is there in airtel to solve my problem.
