Telephone dead for 45 days

My telephone no is 01872 270586 and it has been dead for the last 45 days and i have lodged formal complaints vide docket nos:3940, 3960, 4010 etc but instead of rectifying the fault the QADIN office is simply deleting the complaints. i have paid all dues within the time frame but fail to understand how many more months it will take to restore my telephone to action
