Requested for disconnection no action taken

This is regarding the request for the disconnection of number 011-43023134 in the name of Jatin Kapoor, residence of 43, Manak Vihar, Delhi - 110092.

We have requested the Airtel company several times for the disconnection but they are not disconnecting and calling up several times that why you want to disconnect and now we are recieving the calls for the payment dues.

After getting irritated on 27Aug, I have wrote the below e-mail to them but still no action has been taken.

I have requested for disconnection of number on 25July, then on 7Aug I have again called up for disconnection then the false statement from your side that I was agreed for on the plan of Rs250/ per month then on disagree of the same lady told me that will give you the tariff waiver and disconnect the phone shortly. Then on 13Aug again had a talk with ref number 36451624 and then later on 21Aug again requested for the same ref number 36704006 and then on 27Aug again had a conversation with Mr Anand at 7:30pm he has given the same ref. number.

The main motive is that we are not liable to pay any of the rent or any amount, cost after 25July and kindly disconnect the number with broadband as soon as possible.
