My AIRTEL Land line phone has not been disconnected despite of several complaints registered and useless complaint no.s provided! The Airtel people probably provide their customers with only USELESS and UNNECESSARY assurance for the work that they will never finish.
I have lodged a complaint to disconnect my land line services the first time on 18/10 (Complaint No- 163785090) After no response and with my landline phone still active (ready to be misused by anyone in my old rental property)... I made another attempt to call and register another complaint on 21/10 (Complaint No-164389705)...!!
Till date I have spoken to several customer service people transferring my call to supervisors... but the work remains incomplete!
Absolutely disgraced by the service provided by a telcom giant!..just getting in more customers and not giving any attention to existing customers is the pathetic motto of AIRTEL!!..
If anyone concerned enough reads this grievance please provide help to those who need... don't call up people and waste time promoting your other offers!!!
