We are using the airtel land line connections for the business purpose from the past few years, now their service is blocked at our end because the company airtel is using the poles in the area illegally and due to this its directly affects the business.

after regular complaints to the airtel authority no one is deputed to look into the matter.

Now it shows that they are not responsible enough for their customers.
