Generation of false bill safter disconnection

I had an Airtel landline phone with broad band faciltiy. I could manage to get it disconnected after lots of follow up and reminders. Even bill of Rs. 892.00 was adjusted for the dealy in disconnection and nil outstanding confiramtion was sent (e mail dated 31.10.10).

Now after more than 4 months once again a bill for same amount has been raised and bill delivered at my mail as well as my residential address.
