I applied for a shifting of my residence line 0120 4330070 five days back within the same city. Since the day of logging the request, it has been one wild chase getting my issue addressed. The customer service is useless and keeps making false promises. I wanted to speak to someone senior, they refused to transfer the phone on some pretext or the other. It has been a harrowing experience and I am thinking of moving from Airtel to another carrier.
