It is hereby intimate you that despite several complaints regarding non-operative landline connection OF MY PHONE NO 08041203000 ON NAME OF PRAKASH CHAND POKARNA, my complaints no 1st 45505104, 2nd 45566654, 3rd 45809862 have gone unheard by your office.as a result from past 20days from 21.04.2011 till now iam not being able to use the phone, which has put me into great hardship with no communication facility at my place. further iam this day intimating you through this letter my bills are up-to date paid and there are no arrears as such. the instrument is bad condition and no line connection and in non functional/dead state. i hearby inform you to recive the connection with new line and replace the old with new instrument.and my services which were availabel on my phone earlier continue.further make note i shall not be liable to pay any rental and phone and other charges for the period from the month april until the dare my services are re-instated.i spoken with many excutives mr sunil, naidu, veena, lokesh, girish and mr raghavendra but no any use & no proper response to customers and teling a lie and wrong comitments, making us fool by day by day delaying i gone to head office at bannerghata road and told our issue but no response properly we are excisting from 8 years..sorry for we dont have photos & recorder right now but i surely i attach and send again. from prakash chand pokarna
