My name is Gaurav Sharma and I am from Mumbai, this is regarding a number 7738390518, I gave request to deactivate this number as I lost my cell phone on 26th October. However, The agent in customer care I spoke to said that he has deactivated the number. I asked for reference number, but the agent said that there is no need of the reference number I insisted to him to give me any reference number but he did not give any number and later call got disconnected. On the same day later I called again to inquire about the same, and there was a girl who said that request is in process it will be done. None of them were ready to understand my situation. But later on my other two numbers services got barred as the number I want to be deactivated someone made call from that number which was 7738390518 to South Africa after two days of giving the request. Due to calls were made to South Africa the bill brought up to 2000rs. And just because of high usage my 7738390518 number, other two numbers services has been

barred. I have already sent two complaint emails to Nodal officer for the same reason. But, yet I have not received any satisfying reply from them. Also, I have been to Airtel gallery in dadar, and every time they says that can understand my concern but can not help me in this problem. I am really tired of this, the services I am getting from you guys is really frustrating and don't know what to do. I will not make the payment for the amount which I have not used and came on bill due your agents carelessness.

I want my other two numbers to be activated as they are very old numbers and familiar to everyone I know. I can't bear to the risk of loosing those

numbers. Please let me know what you can do from your end, or I may have to take some necessary actions. It's not a thread to you guys but just try to understand that it was not my fault still I am paying for those in form staying away from two number as they are deactivated and t's being a month. Thank you
