Deducting money VAS

Hi!

My mobile no is 9915940175 (airtell) every day INR 5 is deducted from my balance for some VAS service which I have never subscribed for. I have lost almost

INR 150 and now my balanmce is 0.

This is highly highly highly rediculous.

I have called to customer care for this, written to them twice, even

talked to airtell vendor in jalandhar. I have got the information that airtell people donot listen, no matter how much you complain. Though I have been always airtell customer, but seeing this I have no choice but to switch over to some other vendor

if my complain is not attended. I need this deduction to stop and need all my deducted amoutn to be refunded to me immedietly.
