Deduction and activation of service without customer knowledge

My self Shreekanth using loop mobile number 8082045537 since a year and more.

since few months there has been several deduction from my account balance without my knowledge and also activation of many services like LM MANTRA and many more without any confirmation and continuously deducting balance for such service.

i have called them up many times and have asked them the reason but they are not justifiable.i have also asked the service provider to deactivate the service, which has not yet been deactivated.

i kindly request the concern authority to look in to the issue and help me.
