Myself Bhushana Deshmukh, customer of Airtel, Maharstra since from 2006. I had gone through the various type of hidden charges, till the date, applied by airtel itself, whithout any request message sent from my side. I had complained manier times, regarding this matter to airtel customer care executive officer, but it worked hardly. Now, from last 2 weeks, they might have blocked my number. So, I am unable to talk with airtel customer care executive.2 days before, I borrowed my friend's mobile & called to airtel. After talking with so many executives & wasting my friend's money, airtel still have not resolved my complaints. Executive told me to forward one massege to 121, I had proceed with the insturctions, but till today I can not talk with the executive using my number. Also, Airtel does not have the trrransparancy in calling charges in their friend's scheme. Whenever I called to my friend, whose number is in airtel friend group, airtel has deducted the money applying call rate as 60p/min, instead of 20p/min, which is 3 times more. I want my money refunded back.
