I am really pissed off with the horrible customer service of Airtel bb. Last week, I applied for a postpaid broadband connection through an airtel distributor. I was then told that the connection will be activated in less than 4 days. Now after five days, I get a call from the Airtel direct sales team requesting me to submit the documents once again, take the money back from the distributor and basically re-apply through the direct sales team!! I am not sure if the second person is doing this to achieve his quota or something but definitely there is a lack of coordination b/w Airtel and its distribution n/w, which is putting customers at inconvenience.
