I HAVE RECEIVED SMS ON 17/01 MY MOBILE NO.9998604738 WHICH READS AS UNDER:

"YOUR HELLO TUNES SUBSCRIPTION FOR 30 DAYS HAS BEEN RENEWED AT Rs.15. LIKR A SONG ON RADIO? CALL57878 (FREE) WHEN IT IS PLAYING TO RECORD AND SET IT AS YOUR HT."

IN THIS CONNECTION I HAVE TO STATE THAT I HAVE NAVER SELECTED ANY HELLO TUNE OR I HAVE NEVER OPTED FOR HELLO TUNE. AS ON TO-DAY I DON'T KNOW THE HELLO TUNE.

I AM AGED 68 YEARS AND AM NOT ABLE TO COMPLAINT ON TOLFREE LINE DUE TO DIFFICULTY OF HEARING. I REQUETST TO DISCONTINUE HELLO TUNE SERVICE AND NOT TO CHARGE ANY MORE IN FUTURE FOR HELLO TUNE
