Activation of services without permission and deduction of charges

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is the second time I am making a complaint against the arbitrary behaviour and harassment by Airtel Mobile services at Bangalore.

My Phone number is 8105902310 and I have activated the DND sevice with Airtel. Despite this, Airtel's marketing department regularly activates services arbitrarily, without my consent and then charges me for it. On 21st December I was subscribed to Hello Tunes and Rs. 35 deducted. I called and got this reversed. Almost immediately, on 22nd December various other services were activated and Rs 200/ was deducted. I called many times only to be told by the customer care officer that I have to speak to the Supervisor an then was put on hold for more than 10 minutes after which the phone got disconnected.

I am a very busy person and to continuously follow up is very difficult. Airtel has found an easy way to make money by HARASSING customers through this kind of fraud and malpractice.

I am requesting Airtel to stop this arbitrary activation of services without my consent and also reverse the charges of Rs. 200/ to my account.
