Unwanted calls and sms

I registered my no. in dnd registry on 11 aug but i am receiving 5-8 promotional sms and 3-4 call everyday regarding their services i am tired of making complaints again again, and they don't give any any complain no. or reference no. regarding my complaints

now i want to file legal complain here in bhopal please help me regarding the procedures or whatever the way, i just want to do it this time please help me as soon as possible
