Unauthorized charges

Dear Sirs/Madam,

This is regarding Internet bill raised, without taking my consent or request for any kind of related services, which had been complained 4 times with 4 different complaint numbers (Req. No.41992031, Dt.10.02.2012 / Req.no.1014262843, Dt.27.02.2012 / Req.no.42564265, Dt.12.03. req.no.42657106, Dt.17.03.2012), but till date the concern is laying unresolved from AIRTEL and the employees are always asking me for payment and telling, if not paid soon then the mobile services will be discontinued. Let me know what to do now. Internet bill is approx Rs6000.00 for 2 months unwantedly and forcefully raised to me, which never been requested from my end to provide in my cell phone.
