I am Venkatesh Airtel-Post paid customer wish to change to Airtel-Pre paid and submitted the application & cleared the Outstanding & Unbilled amount for the same on 23rd jan in Kodambakam (Chennai)-Airtel showroom. Airtel peoples over there informed me it will take 24hours for migration (So expected 24th Jan), but it was not happened and the 121 guy whom i called informed me 54rp still left as unbilled amount as our system shows the balance amount only before 2 days, so i went back to showroom and paid the same and the Airtel people informed me today evening i.e., 25th jan it will get migrated to Prepaid.
Each time when i call up Airtel 121, i want to tell my history what all the things happened till date and they raise a complaint (which gets closed automatically with a invalid reason)
Latest 121 call details on 29th Jan and the reason from 121 person - There is a difference of 20paise, so we are unable to continue our migration process, if this is so!! rather i am calling they should have called me up (or) messaged me (or) at least when i cleared the amount in Airtel showroom - should have informed this. I asked 121 guy to patch me with a senior official but there was a silent after that... i waited around 15mins in the call but no response.

No of complaints raised from Airtel 121 guys - 4 (30596029, 30614736, 30625159, 30635323)
No of attempts i called 121 - 6
No of attempts i visited Airtel Kodambakam showroom - 2
All the complaints mentioned above has a dead line of 29th jan except 1 on 1st of Feb they closed all the deadline complaints of 29th jan as its a duplicate of other and the latest is still open for the same, if it is duplicate how can they raise multiple complaints for the same issue instead 1 taking forward (121 peoples needs to show up - No. of COUNTS???).

If this continues i no longer will be an airtel customer please disconnect the connection and this time don't charge me a monthly rental (as the application is already submitted on 23rd jan).
I don't want to mention any of persons info here, as this clearly shows the entire Airtel mistake (A poor system).
