Barring Outgoing calls

Dear Sir,

I have subscribed for a New prepaid connection (9867011042) and the enrollment form was duly filled with relevant documents attached and given to the person at the KIOSK at Bhayander.

A couple of days ago I received a SMS to submit the enrollment form alongwith relevant documents, and the outgoing calls were barred.

So on 26-10 evening the same was done at the AIRTEL SHOWROOM located at BORIVALI (W), Near MOKSH Plaza. The person collected the documents and said that the connection will be activated from tomorrow morning (27-10).

But till now its almost evening, the same has not been done. Even a call to customer care number is barred. How is it possible for a subscriber to visit every now & then taking leave from the Office.

Documents Submitted are:-

Enrollment Form

Copy of PAN Card

Copy of Electricity bill (In name of my Wife)

Copy of Intimation letter received from IT dept (with PAN card) containing my name & address.

The same has been accepted

Even while taking the connection I had given them the copy of my Bank Passbook, but they said that it will be acceptable.

So Kinldy assist me what has to be done further.
