I was having an airtel post paid connection no. 9810057466 from August, 04 to July, 09, in my name, I had contacted your call centre for reopening of my above mobile, they had informed that it will be reactivated and they had given a reference no.35109734, to me and told that pl contact your nearest airtel franchise office, at Indirapuram, When I contacted at indirapuram airtel office at aditya mega mall, they told it will not be reactivated, please inform me the status of the reactivation of mobile no.9810057466, my alternate number is 9717006091, thanks vk tandon
