Dear sir,
this is sourab, i am form MP, i got my number (9039060309)(prepaid) ported from tata docomo to airtel, they told me that i will get sms to change the sim with in seven days then it take 2 to 3 hours to start the service.
i didn't got any communication from airtel, on 9th night my docomo sim get deactive than i change the sim,
from 11th feb my airtel sim started, i can make the call from this number but incoming didn't started yet,
IF SOMEBODY COLLS ON MY NUMBER IT SAID PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU DAILLED
when ever i called to customer care after long wait they always told to resumeet the documents to airtel office, i visited airtel office (10th feb) thrice and meeted Ms neelam at orbit plaza airtel office indore mp, she always make wrong commitments, and today (11th feb) she again make a commitment that it will get start by 10:00 PM, but not started.
just half an hour before i made a call to customer care and talked to Mr, rajeshwer parasar @ 10:46 PM 11th feb, and now he is saying that the number will get start maximum by 17th feb and he directly cuts the line.
