I brother had a Airtel Prepaid connect having no. 9163359232 in which 2 months back i have taken a Net Connect of Rs. 98/- in which I can use 2 GB of net where as in month of Jun'11 my total mobile bill has come Rs. 4059/-, whereas I have utilization was less than 2 GB which is also showing in their bill, On 21st July'11 I went to Airtel Customer Support Desk where they where not able to resolve my problem & told to come after 10days and to meet Mr. Kiran Das, when on 05Aug'11 I went to meet him he without seeing my bill rudely told me that I have utilized that much & I have to pay the same when I ask pls tell me 2 GB how much KB is there then he told me to contact to Airtel Tollfree no. or to mail at there ID they will not be able to resolve my problem, I have mentally harsh by them.
