I am the owner of airtel prepaid connection (mobile no: 9652964828). I am being charged for downloading bwlogo all the time from airtel live even though I do not try to download it, whenever I recharge my prepaid account rs30/- to 40/- is charged for this and I have complained about this to airtel customer care, they gave me a request reference number CBDOV20813822911. I don`t know when this issue will be solve. Please look into this issue and provide a solution for this.
