Egarding not credting talktime after recharging

Respected Sir,

I jayendran .v.nair, having mobile No 9867095551 with Airtel prepaid connection.

I had gone on an official visit to Kolkata from 1st Nov.2011 to 5th Nov.

i recharged my mobile on 3rd Nov with Rs 100,

but i got only talk time of Rs 01.00 only,

the transaction No is 694604553, i have contacted the help line Numbres but did not

get any help

i therefore request you to credit the correct talk time into my account immediately
