HI,

I made a recharge for my mobile (9709131212) on 22-nov for Rs.1000/-. For thousand rupees recharge they announced that i will get Rs.1200/-. talk time instead i got Rs.904.62/- For the same i Called the customer csre on 22-nov itself they gave me complaint number: CBNRA31122548441 and they said it ll be resolved by 24-nov Afternoon and I will get a call by then. I waited till 26-nov and I made a call on the 26-nov itself. None resolved my issue and my call got disconnected and complaint no: CBNRA211262666929. Today (6-dec) I called the customer care and same happened and I am trying to call once again but call is getting disconnected for the same they charging 50paise for three minutes. They are also charging for sending SMS to 1900 for mobile number poratbility.
