I Autorenewed sms pack worth Rs. 64 on my number 9893291111 but the cost of sms sent went on getting deducted from my main account balance.
Customer care service people gave me a day later's date for the issue to get resolved, not only the issue was unresolved but calls stopped getting connected to customer care service so i tried calling Airtel customer care service from a new number '9993606556'. This call was also disconnected right in the middle of my discussion with the Airtel Customer care executive followed by which 45 Rs were deducted from this new number with a sms that 'Hello Tunes' have been subscribed and then again 15 Rs were deducted with a sms that 'Anar kali disco chali' hello tune has been subscribed.
I had no such discussion ever with the customer care executive the call was all about the previous numbers issue and i guess they do record these calls but now Airtel people are not allowing both the number '9893291111' and '9993606556' to connect to customer care service.
Kindly give me some solution for this.
