Recharge SMS (RC-64)

Hi

On 01 May I got my mobile no-7898519448 recharged by paying Rs64/- in cash vide TxID 1365295356 at 11.19AM. In the evening I found that again Rs 64/- has been deducted for SMS package activation without my permission or any activation. Pl refund the amount and stop such services forthwith.
